Advertising Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all advertising materials and campaigns created by or on behalf of your business comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, including but not limited to those set by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Break Free Practice provides advertising management services but does not review or guarantee the legal compliance of advertising content. By using our services, you agree that Break Free Practice is not liable for any legal issues related to non-compliant advertisements, including but not limited to FTC violations.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the services provided by us, are owned by Break Free Practice. You agree not to use, copy, distribute, or modify any content or materials from our services without our prior written consent.

2. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit or provide while using our services. By submitting or providing such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the policies, actions, or errors of these third parties, nor do we guarantee the acceptance or approval of ads on these platforms. You agree that any issues, suspensions, or penalties that arise from platform-specific policies are your responsibility, and Break Free Practice is not liable for any resulting damages or interruptions.

Arbitration

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through mediation conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, according to the mediation procedures of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs associated with the mediation, including attorney's fees and any other related expenses. The parties agree that mediation shall be the sole and final method for dispute resolution under these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, where Bakhshai Enterprises LLC is registered.

Modification and Termination

1. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.

ADA Compliance

While we strive to make our services accessible, we acknowledge that we may not have all features available for ADA compliance due to being a small company. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility but may not have all features found in larger organizations.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Break Free Practice manages the placement, optimization, and strategy of advertisements but does not verify the legality or accuracy of the content YOU provide. By using our services, YOU agree that Break Free Practice is not liable for any legal or regulatory issues arising from the content of the advertisements, including but not limited to misleading claims, false advertising, or non-compliance with regulations.
