Break Free Practice provides advertising management services but does not review or guarantee the legal compliance of advertising content. By using our services, you agree that Break Free Practice is not liable for any legal issues related to non-compliant advertisements, including but not limited to FTC violations.

Arbitration
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through mediation conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, according to the mediation procedures of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs associated with the mediation, including attorney's fees and any other related expenses. The parties agree that mediation shall be the sole and final method for dispute resolution under these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, where Bakhshai Enterprises LLC is registered.
Modification and Termination

ADA Compliance
